1. Marketing Strategy
To kick off our collaboration, we host an online project discovery workshop. Afterwards, we will be ready to establish the project's marketing strategy: general look and feel of the brand, website creation platform, basic structure of the website, promotion channels...
2. Creative Strategy & Branding
It's time for us to decide on the creative direction of your project! Thanks to the brief established beforehand, we will be able to make creative propositions that both look good and make sense: logos, colors, typography and tone of voice that will give life to your versatile and lasting brand.
3. Wireframe & Website Design
We prepare the design of your new website according to the creative strategy and branding recommendations. Once the homepage design is approved, we create the rest of the website in the form of wireframes to test out the website's usability and customer experience.
4. Website Development
The phase where we work hard to actually build your website on the chosen web design platform. It's an iterative process based on the wireframes previously established, that may evolve as the website comes to life. This bit is up to us, but we'll keep you posted every step of the way!
5. Website & Visual Asset Delivery
When the website is ready to go live, we will have an online workshop where we will give you the tools and knowledge you need to update your website by yourself. At this stage, we also deliver all the visual assets that make up your brand's visual identity (logos, branding guide, fonts, icons, etc.)
6. Promotions & Maintenance
Flyers, business cards, emails, digital banners, social networks, partnerships, public relations... We provide you with the visual materials needed for the recommended promotional operations that appear in the marketing strategy. For the maintenance of your website and the creation of assets for your ongoing communication needs, we can work alongside you for the duration of your choice.

Oryzon is a nomadic digital studio that operates entirely online, which means we don't have physical offices. Administratively, Oryzon is based in France.
We work mainly with Squarespace and Webflow. These are "no-code" platforms, which means that they do not require any knowledge of code to create or maintain websites. We can advise you on the best platform for your project.
The creative direction and visual design are done by a single designer, Thibaud, but we sometimes team up with other talents depending on the project needs. Cyril also takes part in website development.
This will depend on the nature and scope of your project. At Oryzon, we like to work efficiently, but take the time to explore projects in depth to ensure the best possible outcome. We will agree on a timeline together ahead of the project.
Yes, in order to fully understand your expectations and ensure that we have all the necessary elements before starting work on your project, we will ask you to fill out a discovery questionnaire, followed by a collaborative workshop at the beginning of the project.
Our creative process is designed to limit this eventuality, through research and mood boards. However, when it happens, we are happy to rework the visuals until you are fully satisfied!

Yes, depending on the nature and duration of your project, we offer payments in several monthly installments.

At the end of your project, we offer a support service for the duration of your choice with a minimum of one month. We prefer to call it an arrangement rather than a contract, because we want to protect your right to change your mind!
